That is actually really interesting because something very similar happened to me once. A few years ago I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night with this strong feeling that something was wrong. I felt really anxious and could not fall back asleep. The next morning I found out that my aunt fell at home during the night. She was fine, but the timing really surprised me. I do not know if it was telepathy or just coincidence, but I remember thinking it was strange that the feeling came so suddenly and for no clear reason. I have heard other people say that when something intense happens to someone close to them they somehow feel it. It is as if the more time you spend with someone, so the more you care about them, the stronger the connection is between the two of you. In my case it felt more like a strong intuition than a "physical" feeling, but I wouldn't be surprised if some people felt it like you.
On: Did I somehow sense my sister’s accident before it happened? Was this telepathy?
